Vivos Holdings Merges with Nice-Pak to Form a Global Leader in Hygiene & Personal Care Solutions

Vivos Holdings, LLC is a portfolio company of Emprise Group Inc. and it has officially completed its combination with Nice-Pak Products, Inc. The transaction unites two industry front-runners in private brand and co-manufactured hygiene and personal care items. Together, they form one of the world’s largest providers of health and wellness solutions.

Richard Koulouris is the CEO of Emprise Group. He noted that the merger represents a pivotal milestone for the fully employee-owned ESOP holding company. He emphasized that the collaboration creates a top-tier global partner for brand owners and retailers seeking health-focused products. Vivos contributes exceptional operational expertise and extensive manufacturing capacity. Nice-Pak brings decades of experience in developing innovative solutions and leading with purpose-driven sustainability efforts.

Nice-Pak was founded in 1957 and is based in Pearl River, New York. It is a global leader in producing innovative wipes for health and wellness.
